Before work starts
Cancellation requests before access or work begins may be reviewed after payment-provider and transaction costs.
After access or work starts
If digital access, calls, review, analysis, coordination or feedback have started, the delivered part may be non-refundable.
External outcomes
An unfavorable decision by an authority, employer, partner or third party is not automatically a refund reason.
